All rates are based on 2 adults + 4 children per site. Additional adult guests $4/night. Rates include tax. All reservations are paid in full at the time the reservation is made. No refunds.

Extra Visitors
Guests are welcome to visit and stay with you. All guests must register at the front office for overnight stays. $4 per person per night. Please instruct your guest to park near the pool/clubhouse.
Military Discount
We offer a military discount of 10% to active military and veterans. Applicable to reservations under 1 month.
Long Term: Monthly RV Park Site Rates
Standard RV Sites (30/50A, FHU) $650/month + electric (metered)
Premium RV Sites (30/50A, FHU, Premium) $700/month + electric (metered).
These are premium due to their location, size, or other premium features
Site fees and electric are due on the 1st of each month. Coins for laundry and propane can also be charged to your account and paid on the 1st. There is a 4% fee on payments made with debit/credit card. Fees paid after the 5th there will be an additional $50 Late Fee.
We welcome motorhomes, fifth wheels, travel trailers, pop-up trailers and camper vans. We do not offer primitive / tent camping.
Vehicles must be made and or designed for the intended use of camping.
